A Call from the US!

Last tuesday was the night before Koninginnedag, wich means Queensday. This is the most important national holiday in Holland. Everybody in this country is party-ing that day! Everybod is dressed in our national colour: orange. At 6 in the morning the free market starts, wich means that everyone is allowed to sell stuff on the streets. This is a very old and fun tradition wich you can find in every dutch town that day. I also planned to sell some of my old stuff togheter with a friend and I had to get up at 3.30 in the morning to get a good spot on the streets. So the night before I took a little nap at about 7.30. Exactly that evening I received a call from a camp director!! But I missed it! I did received a voicemail in wich the woman said she would like to have a chance to walk with me and that she would trie to call me back later that evening and send me an e-mail. I tought it was very exciting! But I still didn't receive another call or email. Today (may 2nd) the ducht office called me and gave me the name of the camp and 2 email adresses! That gave me the oppertunitie to e-mail the camp myself and inform them when they could reach me! I did that immediatly so now I have to wait untill they call again!! Usually when a camp calls you it means they want to hire you!! I looked up the camp online and it looks soooo beautifull! The camp is called Camp Westwind and is located in Oregon, at the westcoast of the US. Directly to the pacific ocean in the middle of  beautifull wildlife, mountans and forest! I don't know what kind of activities they provide but they do have a mission to be carefull with the nature and the ecosystem. Their website is www.westwind.org
